Account Registration and Eligibility

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Weekly Reload Reward

Under the weekly betjili reload reward, a 30% bonus on deposits is available, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 18x. It can be claimed once per week on any working day. Minimum deposit is ৳500.

4.3 Other Active Promotions

• betjili Slots Festival Bonus: Available once per day on slot game deposits — 50% bonus, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20x.

4.4 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are awarded based on the deposit amount — they are not direct cash.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• betjili reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet that remains incomplete due to a technical error, network disconnection or any other reason may be considered void. A bet will be considered final only when the system successfully delivers a confirmation message.

5.2 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

If there are clearly incorrect odds or a technical error in any game or betting market, betjili reserves the right to void all related bets. In such a situation, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing risk-free or low-risk bets for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements (bonus abuse).

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

VIP Program

The betjili VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit is provided based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

For example, a Gold tier member who suffers a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Prohibited Use and Account Closure

7.1 Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjili platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Accessing another person's account or acting on their behalf.
• Attempting to conduct illegal financial transactions through the platform.
• Selling, transferring or renting an account to someone else.
• Harassing or threatening betjili staff or the support team.

7.2 Account Closure

If evidence of a breach of terms is found, betjili may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If a user wishes to challenge the closure decision, they may contact the support team by email.

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their own account, they may submit a request through the support team. In that case, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw the funds in the account before the request is processed.
